Beautifully designed hotel, the location was prime. The staff were ready to help in all our needs, fabulous team. Venue was spotless and we had a great-sized room.
This hotel is equal to 5 stars. We really loved rooms and location, this property had everything we need. Chicago metro station was minutes from the hotel.
Hotel is very clean, its views and location are amazing. There is restaurant CAFE DES ARCHITECTES at the premises. Worth its 5 stars.
The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly! The convenience of getting to 360 Chicago and being near museum of contemporary art. Okay rooms, marvellous location.
Clean, cozy, comfortable. Muscular.
Very courteous staff at the reception desk
Beds are too soft, but that's a matter of taste.
Design of the hotel and rooms. Great location with all shopping at a walking distance .Excellent service and very friendly staff .Very good breakfast at a reasonable price and served at your table thus avoiding the standardized and noisy buffets one will have in most hotels.Cafe des architectes is one of the best restaurants we experienced in Chicago.Nice atmosphere all over the place especially in the bar . Definitely an excellent address in Chicago .
The Prestige Suite was very spacious, the decor was nice, and the housekeeping service was excellent.
The plumbing in the room is very loud, when water drains from rooms above it sounds like someone is tapping on the wall; the south facing exterior makes loud popping noises as the structure heats up and cools down (day to night). The views from the east side of this hotel are nothing special.
We had an amazing view from our room on the 27 floor. It was very quiet too so great for relaxing. Restaurant food is also fantastic. I could life here forever !
Eveyone was very nice!
The hotel felt most luxurious.
We would prefer an extra top sheet on the bed.
Its location was good, the staff were attentive and helpful and my room was clean and quiet. A very good choice and reasonably priced given the level of facilities.
We first stayed in the Sofitel Water Tower soon after it opened. It is still a beautiful hotel, well-kept with very charming and friendly staff. The position is excellent, being close to Michigan Avenue but very quiet for such a central location.
Nice Hotel very comfortable and a good location
Am still surprised about house movies seemed a little steep in cost, you have to have a look at the flow on effects of in house meals and drinks in the rooms which would come from making these items free.
Everything -- The music, staff, fitness center, rooms, complimentary coffee, croissants, and fruit in the morning.
