The hotel offers an excellent location, just steps away from the Magnificent Mile, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable mattress and pillows that maintained their shape. The bathroom was generously sized with good ventilation and multiple showerhead options, which I found particularly practical.
The valet service took an unusually long time to retrieve my car.

I had an amazing stay! The large tv and remote-controlled curtains were such a luxury, and I loved the spacious bathroom with both a tub and shower. However, the shower drain was a bit of a letdown, causing some mess.

Exceptional Stay with Amazing Views
I had an exceptional stay, and from the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room on the 32nd floor had spectacular views of the city and was beautifully decorated with ample space. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries and the luxurious shower experience. The only downside was the limited TV options. it would be nice to have more entertainment choices available.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the local scene, just a short walk to amazing biking trails and beautiful parks. The staff were super friendly and made our stay even better. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely recommend it for group getaways!

missingWrote a review on Jul 26cramped room
Unfortunately, the room felt slightly cramped given the family of three with luggage—something worth considering if you're packing heavy. The lobby, once a lively spot, now lacks atmosphere, and the upstairs lounging areas could use more furniture to invite relaxation. Moreover, during my stay, housekeeping missed a few details, like not supplying single-sheet toilet paper consistently, and the Wi-Fi speed feels underwhelming at 5MBps. The lack of a fully functional minibar was a letdown, and breakfast options seemed limited too, not reflective of a five-star experience.

Do recommend for a date night
Spacious room, comfortable bathroom, with a nicely organized breakfast that included yummy pastries and a great location just a short walk from the Magnificent Mile for shopping and dining options.

The Prestige Suite offered a lovely stay, but it came with some drawbacks. Although the staff was professional and accommodating, the WiFi issues were a major inconvenience, and the shower size felt more suitable for a gym than for a suite. Additionally, the small closet space was disappointing for a place advertised as luxurious. Overall, the location was excellent, and the cheese served was delightful.

The hotel features a beautiful lobby and well-maintained rooms with lovely views. However, the breakfast options fell short, and some services could be more timely, as the gym equipment needed repairs. Overall, it provides a good stay for those looking for a comfortable environment.

It was just a decent option for a brief sojourn in Chicago with good value. The Hermes bathroom amenities were a nice touch that I enjoyed. If you need extra towels, just ask at the front desk.
